We want you to feel good about your SOLEA™ purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

30-Day Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your order, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll review your request.

When a Return Is Accepted

We can offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You can provide proof of purchase

Because our products are consumable, opened or used items can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can fix the issue quickly.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method

  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are not refunded unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major fault. These rights cannot be excluded.
