- Maximum one bottle refunded per customer or household.
- The product should have been used as directed.
- Provide your order number and a short explanation of your experience.
- We may ask for a photo of your bottle and remaining gummies.
- If your claim relates to not noticing a visible difference, we may invite you to provide before-and-after/progress photos if you have them.
- Opened bottles are eligible.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law.
